Orders
'Buy Now' or 'Make to order'?

'Buy now' piece are currently in stock and available for immediate shipping. For orders placed before midday we will endeavor to dispatch your the same day- subject to payment approval and availability.

Items which are sold out can be 'Made to order'.
Please note, all 'Made to order' items require 4-6 weeks, from order to delivery.

Please Note: All 'made to order', 'custom' and 'bespoke' orders are Final Sale and not eligible for refund or return.

Delivery
Please be aware that all orders will require a signature on delivery. Please keep this in mind when giving your delivery address (home or work) and for high value items we always recommend using your billing address.

Please note the delivery times may vary depending on your location; please allow a longer delivery window for hard to reach locations.

All import duties, sales taxes or other import costs, incurred at the point of entry into the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

How to package your returns
We kindly ask that you return items in their original 'Ananya' packaging.

All of our jewellery is checked and packaged by hand in London, UK to ensure the highest standard.
